I know I join everyone in praying that all our Alton friends and family who live and/or work in Manhattan are well. If you are one of them, please post a note to let us know how you are. If any one has information, please post that as well.
Regards,
Sid

Please say a prayer for Andy Kates and his family. Andy works on an upper floor (104?) of the World Trade Center.

I am sure I speak for everyone when I say that the Alton Family joins New York City and the world in condemning the tragic events that took place on September 11, 2001.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of all those lost and to all those that perished bravely trying to help.
I have discovered a website that will be of interest to those who want to find out about friends or loved ones that were in the World Trade Center.
After looking over the list I realize that even in a tragedy like this there are some very sick people in this world..as you will see there are names on the list that do not belong...but all in all there are presently over 15,000 names and growing.
Good news as I write this - 5 NYC firemen were rescued from an SUV buried in the rubble...2 of them walked out on their own...there still is some hope
Keep praying!!!

For all:
Andy worked on the 105th floor of the WTC and we are all gathered here in his apartment to pray for his survival. He was the most special person and the best brother anyone could ever ask for. He would have wished to have had the opportunity to see and speak to you all again.
Thanks for your wishes Paul?.
