I have on my desk a copy of "Massachusetts SuperLawyers" (2005 edition) and I'm looking at the article beginning on page 14, and all I can say is- Holy Crap! Way to go Dan!

Robert- IMHO, it would be better not to post it. SmartLawyer makes its living off of selling reprints to those articles, my hunch is that they might be aggressive in (C) enforcement.
