In light of recent events concerning our beloved American Institution of baseball, is anyone else questioning the validity of Hans' home run off the Rec Hall roof?

Hans here.
Saw the camp article in the NY Times the other day on the same day I visited my daughter at Camp Huckins on Lake Ossipee in NH (she's 16 and a CIT in her 8th year at camp) - and it got me nostalgic for Wonderful, Wonderful, old Camp Alton...
Yes I believe I did hit the roof of the Rec Hall that day. Actually hit 2 HRs in that game, both off Sweet Lou the Jamie Moyer-like lefty tennis pro.
Still playing slo-pitch softball; and hit one out over 300' the other night in fact.
Anybody who remembers The Candy Man and those summers in the late 70's please give me an email shout.

Nice to hear from you, Hans! Could you pack us 15 bag lunches for the next hike? ;-)
