For all of you who listen to "Morning Edition" on NPR (06:00-10:00 EDT) you might want to take note.

Peter G. was featured on a lengthy article this morning concerning a documentary DVD about the legendary Sam Cooke. He actually wrote the documentary and was the main interviewee (is that spelled correctly or even used properly, whatever) on this segment that ran for 5 minutes or more. Part 2 will air tomorrow morning. The approximate time it ran this morning was 06:50.
I believe you can go to NPR's website and hear it on your PC. You may need to drill down but, it should be there.

Believe it or not, it was interesting and P.G. was quite articulate and didn't use any 'ahhhs' or 'ummms', etc.

Nice catch on the Peter G alert!!!!

Even though we really should be hearing about how many points the Gray are beating the Green ...have to admit the discussion was quite interesting...guess Elvis is out and Sam is in!

By the way...just came back from visiting my daughter at camp...and the way the cars were being parked on the camp grounds reminded me of the time back in the early 70s when the counselors in charge of the parking decided it would be amusing to get all the cars parked based on the different makes and models and lined them up accordingly...so the Caddys were in one area, the Jags in another, Lincolns in antother, etc. It looked like a car dealership parking lot. I do believe that Peter blew a gasket that evening!!! Ahh the good old days!
