By the way...the snow has finally stopped...just another 8 or 9 inches to go with the 42 we already had this winter...and they say we are suffering from global warming!!!

Re: 1963 Alton Annual
Awesome.
Question - On the 'A Message' page, the Chief refers in one place to 'twenty-six years' and in another, to 'thirty-six years.'
Was that an error?

Re:1963 Alton Annual
Am writing the following without reading [the page to which Reb Dovid refers].
This is consistent for me; like often speaking without thinking.
I believe from time to time The Chief referred to his camp career combining his activities at two other camps [Avoda, I believe, was one of them].
If I'm wrong, I stand corrected [but am typing while sitting].
Shabbat Shalom,
Uncle Markie
P.S. Who remembers the author [let's call him Mr. "X" ] of the 1961 log emphasizing worms in the turkey [served that Sunday afternoon for lunch]? Great Chief line afterwards/prior to the Chief's story: "If it's brains which count in the long run, Mr. "X" must be a sprinter".
