Almost nobody enjoyed hearing Joel's rendition [and it's alternate] than did Peter.

Those were such great, great days. Minimal egos, sincere concerns, etc.

Even when once in a while there would be a glitch ["He's so ugly he could be a kitchen...."], our leader shared how, during the show he hoped and prayed that the gibes would be at him, rather than at the weak and vulnerable.

Joel, do you recall "the alternate" [subsequent but nearly identical] version? If you do, you'd also know who was that "other person" who relished those two renditions even more than did Peter.
