Camp Alton Message Board

I remember the "unveiling" of this the final night of camp, and I am just as un-impressed with the quality of workmanship as I was 29 years ago. I believe it was painted by Chris Robertson from Arts & Crafts.

However, the BEST-looking plaque was for the year 1967. This, of course, was the one I painted several years later when Peter made the descision to include the Prize campers on ALL the plaques. Any information as to its whereabouts would be appreciated!

Not only is it ugly, it must be mistaken, I don't see my name in the prize camper category, a reward I recall receiving on an annual basis.

Special thanks to Josh Tager for sending me the photo of the 1973 plaque...unfortunately not only was that <STRONG>MY</STRONG> last summer but <STRONG>WE</STRONG> lost....

Oh well at least it is nice to see it!!!!
