This and That

Chuck Goldman got it right when he set the camp's golden years at '68-'74. My brother, Alan, and I remember the remarkable creative energies of Ted Merrit (we still see him ambling across the a-field like he owned it), Barry Kraft, Kenny Lato. These guys had a talent for turning a phrase at the Camp Fire. (Lato's Muhammad Ali recounting Frazier-Ali I: "Look at Frazier's face, then look at my face; look at Frazier's face, then you look at my face; who won the fight?")
We also remember with great satisfaction the '73 rush -- no senior flags for the gray team. Never done before; never done again.
D. Shas of Ardmore (is tough) . . . where are you?
